Kitsu Cottage Manager
Raw Material Collection is done by your Kitsu within the Kitsu Cottage. You can access the cottage via the (F) shortcut key, which opens your Kitsu Cottage Management screen. Your Kitsu can herd, forest, mine, fish, and craft different items based on the its level and personal abilities. Some Kitsu only collect certain materials while others may craft certain items, so double check the Kitsu's abilities. Kitsus can have between just a single ability and having a couple collection abilities and a crafting ability.
To begin the collection process, place a tool in the designated slot in the management screen, then right-click the dialogue button next to the tool. Select the kitsu that is to perform the task (knowing your own kitsu's capabilities become crucial), then select the desired items. Once the Kitsu is collecting, feel free to exit and continue your adventure. When your Kitsu has completed its task, a short sound will play and a Kitsu icon will appear on your screen. To receive the items, simply open the management screen and right-click the dialogue button.
Collection success is not 100% guaranteed; there is a chance of failure if your Kitsu is hungry, tired, or unlucky. Check your Kitsu's stamina, your tool's stamina, before repeating, but remember it costs in game money.

Salvage[]
Salvage materials are gained differently from the other raw materials. Instead of being collected by Kitsus, these material are gained by disassembling color named weapons or armors. Higher level weapons and armors will give higher level materials. The different color of the names appears to have no effect on the quality or quantity of the materials.
